Fantastic service from Monica. She added belt loops to a much loved pair of leather trousers that were not getting worn as they were slightly too big. Monica arranged to meet me and was very prompt. I had a pair of expensive trousers which she altered and they are now a perfect fit. I also had a pair of my husbands jeans which were too long so she shortened and hemmed those. However i was mostly impressed with the hemming of the jeans as she used the original denim hemming which looked perfect. Both pairs of trousers were returned to me within a few days.
